Had a really great stay at urban hotel. I booked double room, it was luxury and complete with free coffee, shared bathrooms and fridge.
Quite small bathroom, Wi-Fi was rather slow, a little disappointed.

I loved this hip new hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. The setting was favourable, close enough to San Francisco and Union Square and all the main shops. Also, a bustling square was just a short distance away.
The room was somewhat small, for me personally.

We liked every detail about our enjoyable stay here during 3 nights. The local staff was efficient! Our single room was functional, huge. Downtown San Francisco district was worth exploring. Besides, it was really close to Chinatown as well as shops. Good facilities and the pool was very clean.

My experience at this BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED hotel was good. The breakfast was absolutely superb, they offered hot waffles and cookies. Loved Wi-Fi, air conditioning and coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel appeared to be beautifully decorated and I loved location and staff. Traditional building, spotless and large bedroom. The beach was beautiful. Besides, the area was very lively, next to curran theatre. The gardens were quiet here. Property was reasonably priced.

quaint hotel, my first choice in san francisco. cheap food, super-friendly staff. cozy bed and room was brand-new. the location was close to bars and restaurants. the beach nearby was lovely and the view was exceptionally good. great restaurant on site.

Fairly clean rooms, relatively quiet hotel. Really big unit with a minimalist decor. The staff made my stay really amazing. The area was safe. Also, I was 10 minutes by walk from chinatown.

I enjoyed the place, it was pretty clean & the staff were relatively quiet. The staff did all they can for a great stay. You could walk to the markets and the shops.
Unfortunately, there was no view.
